New Beginnings Trauma-Informed Training Video Series (Non-CME)
A 4-part video course on trauma-informed care created by Dr. Dan Sartor, PhD, an expert trauma therapist, for everyone involved in the patient care experience. Topics include Human Trafficking 101, Foundations of Traumatology, Principles of Trauma-Informed Care, and Guidelines for Providing Trauma-Informed Care in the medical setting. ASLMS and the Vascular Birthmark Foundation Joint Project (Non-CME)
ASLMS partnered with the Vascular Birthmark Foundation to create a consensus of uniform guidelines for treating vascular birthmarks with laser therapy, helping providers deliver consistent, safe outcomes – especially for the youngest patients. Cost: Free for ASLMS Members, $50 for Non-Members.
